Pulled pork burgers with apple slaw

Pork shoulder, cooked for 8 hours with tomato, golden syrup and spices, until falling apart. Coleslaw, made of finely sliced apple, 2 kinds of cabbage, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar and whole egg mayo. Brioche buns, lightly toasted. A big pile of homemade chips with garlic salt. A perfect pub-style meal.
